In the heart of Palmer Rapids, Ontario, where the air is clean and the forests are rich, our small mushroom operation thrives. We work in harmony with the natural rhythms of the land to bring you a harvest that is both pure and packed with freshness and flavor.
Our commitment is to gentle local practices that respect the environment we cherish. To share our passion with the community, we join our friends at the Combermere Community Centre Farmer’s Market each year, on Saturdays (8 am to 11:30 am), from early June through the Thanksgiving weekend.
