Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns, however if there is an issue with your order please contact us and we will investigate the situation. In order to investigate the situation, we require lot codes, order number and pictures of the issue.

All our mushroom grow bags and grain spawn bags are inspected and tested for signs of contamination prior to being shipped. Due to the considerable amount of variables that can cause contamination during the process of growing mushrooms, no replacements will be given without photo evidence of contamination in the bag PRIOR TO OPENING. Please contact us for further discussion if you suspect your mushroom grow kit or grain spawn bag was contaminated prior to being shipped.
